Maybe you're born as a result of a passion night with a satyr, a maenad od a bacchae. Maybe Dionysius himself blessed your family. Or maybe your ancestors simply loved too much drinking and singing with the wildest fey.
Bloodline Arcana: You treat Perform as your class skill instead of Knowledge (nature). Whenever you cast a mind-affecting spell with the Spellsong feat, your effective caster level is increased by 1. This ability replaces the Fey Bloodline arcana.
Wine, Women and Song (Su): At 3rd level, you gain 1 round of bardic performance for every potion or alcoholic drink you assume. This functions like the bard class feature of the same name, except that your effective bard level is 1/2 your sorcerer level. You may drink as many potions and drinks you want without interrupting your performance (but suffering all their effects and side-effects, which could well interrupt the performance). Levels in this class stack with levels in any other class that grants a similar ability to determine your effective bard level. This bloodline power replaces Woodland Stride.
Pied Piper (Ex): At 9th level, you gain Animal Leadership as a bonus feat (see Kobold Quarterly #18). If you already have a familiar, an animal companion or an animal or magical beast as your cohort, you gain a +2 bonus on your animal leadership score in addition to any other existing bonus. This bloodline power replaces Fleeting Glance.

Yes... I actually wanted to create this bloodline to complement it. I have an elf Animal Speaker/Songhealer bard - Grenadier Alchemist who happens to have satyr blood. He also has a GREAT giant cat as a cohort. I'd like to give him the Fey Disciple prestige class for flavor, but the regular Fey bloodline is not entirely what I wanted, so I thought of rewording it a bit.
I'm not so satisfied with the powers, though, expecially the first one... I think that a satyr-blooded character SHOULD have access to all or most performances, but I'm not so sure about the "one drink, one round" rule.

Maybe it would be better this way:
Bloodline Arcana: You treat Perform as your class skill instead of Knowledge (nature). Whenever you cast a mind-affecting spell as part of a bardic performance, your effective caster level is increased by 1. This ability replaces the Fey Bloodline arcana.
Wine, Women and Song (Su): At 3rd level, you may use bardic performance. This functions like the bard class feature of the same name, except that your effective bard level is 1/2 your sorcerer level. Levels in this class stack with levels in any other class that grants a similar ability to determine your effective bard level. You gain the following bonus feats at the given levels: 9th level- Drunken Performance, 15th level- Harmonic Spell.
Drunken Performance (new feat)
Prerequisites: Bardic music ability.
Benefit: Whenever you consume an alcoholic drink while you are maintaining a bardic performance, you can maintain the bardic performance for that round without expending one of your rounds of performance for the day. When the performance ends, you suffer the side effects of all the alcohol you consumed.

Maybe it would be better this way:
** spoiler omitted **
I like this one better. A few things though:
You should limit the performances possible.
Fascinate and Distraction work wonderfully with the idea. Inspire Courage does not. Incite Rage from the Savage Skald does. I'd recommend those three, and mass incite rage, and probably some other ones that aren't Inspire. Maybe the Inspire that gives extra HD, to emulate drunken prowess.
Make the bard level sorc - 2, not sorc / 2. This is mostly because you won't be giving Inspire Courage :)

Hmmm, that's true. But how would these stack with bard levels?
So I'd say: Distraction, Fascinate, Suggestion, Dirge of Doom (because satyrs can inspire fear with their pipes), Frightening Tune and Mass Suggestion as allowed base performances.
Also, as for the archetype performances, Soothing Performance and Attract Rats from the Animal Speaker; Satyre (!) and Mockery from the Court Bard; Slumber Song and Mass Slumber Song from the Sandman; and (yes, for maenads-blooded) Incite Rage, Berserkergang and Battle Song from the Savage Skald do well... so?

Maybe so:
Wine, Women and Song (Su): At 3rd level, you gain the ability to use some bardic performances. This functions like the bard class feature of the same name, except that your effective bard level is equal to your sorcerer level -2. You gain the following types of bardic performance: distraction, fascinate, suggestion, dirge of doom, frightening tune and mass suggestion. Your sorcerer levels stack with levels in any other class that grants a similar ability to determine your effective bard level. You gain the following bonus feats at the given levels: 9th level- Drunken Performance, 15th level- Harmonic Spell. This bloodline power replaces Woodland Stride.
Special:If you have levels in one of the following bard archetypes, your sorcerer levels stack with your bard levels to the purpose of gaining these performances- even if they don't replace performances gained with this bloodline power. Other archetype performances are not gained, even if replacing Dionysian performance types.
Animal Speaker- Soothing Performance and Attract Rats.
Court Bard- Satire and Mockery.
Sandman- Slumber Song and Mass Slumber Song.
Savage Skald- Incite Rage, Berserkergang and Battle Song.
This would 1) make more advantageous taking this bloodline for some sorcerers/bards and less for others, 2) add a little "specialization": an Animal Speaker/Dionysian (like my bard/alchemist/fey disciple above) would be a real satyr's son, all animal-friend and wine-based; a Savage Skald/Dionysian (maenad-based) would be the ultimate ragesinger, etc.
