Litany of Vengeance
Am I reading this correctly? It seems that the effects of this spell last forever, as the duration is instantaneous. Does this mean the poor creature afflicted with Litany of Vengeance will take +5 damage from every attack made on it for the rest of its life (which isn't likely to be very long)? Has this spell been errata'd?

...seems accurate to me. Probably really should be errata'd.
At least it's language dependent, and other litanies can't touch him. But that Duration should probably be a one-round effect, or at least Permanent...

Yep. Needs a correction. In Ultimate Combat, is the same error; It's described in the list of 5th level Inquisitor spells that it's
"Litany of Vengeance: Allies attacking the target of the
spell gain a +5 bonus on damage rolls for 1 round."
...Yet the details of the spell say "Duration: instantaneous".
