Got an NPC who has taken the demonic graft (tongue), which gives him a creepy forked tongue that grants +8 on Perception.
Say I treat this as a piece of NPC equipment: what would its cash value be? It's like an item that grants +8 to Perception, except better because it doesn't use a slot and can't be stolen or broken. So it should be worth some thousands of gp against his equipment limit. Any idea how I'd calculate this?
