Hey guys, I'm playing a rogue/cleric in my friends party and I've been boosting channel energy with eagle's splendor. I found this spell on the srd, and was just wondering if "adds +2 to charisma ability checks" would boost the dc of my channel by 2. Thanks

No. DCs are never adjusted by anything that gives a bonus on checks. Similarly, something that gives a bonus to "all Dexterity based saves and checks", if it existed, would raise Reflex saves but not AC (which is a static number and not a check).
