Goblins of Golarion had a lot of them.
Check out the goblins in this page for a few. Scroll down a bit.

If this is for a PC, then check out the trait that gives a bonus to stealth. I don't remember what it's called, but it has to do with chameleon-like skin that blends into backgrounds. I recently rolled up a Gob rogue for a Ptolus campaign with a stealth bonus of 20 at first level. (Base Dex 18+4=6+4(skill point and bonus)+4(size mod)+4(racial skill mod)+2(trait mod).

It's called "color thief," and it's in the above link. Most of my goblins took it, and they're all insanely stealthy.

Cool. Thanks guys.
Some of these would be very good for my character. In our campaign there is an area where the goblins are good and halflings are evil. Of course, the only goblins and halflings we have seen come from this area, so this basically equates to halflings are evil and goblins are good. So I wanted to make a halfling with the adopted racial trait who shaves her head and files her teeth (probably paints herself green) and is absolutely convinced she is a goblin. I guess I'd have to make her low wisdom, with a low sense motive.
