I am sort of balanced between the following choices:
Magus (not sure to go Archetype or not) - I like the utility. Will NOT be a scimitar clone.
Bard (Arcane Duelist) - Even MORE utility
Samurai (may multi to something later for fun, maybe not - if I did multi it may be something like an arcane caster) - Samurai are just cool
Aldori Sword Fighter (just to try it) - Its like a wild west gunfighter but with a sword... admittedly chewing a lot of feats.

Magus: I don't know much about it, and can't comment... It sounds like a mix of weapon and spell damage, but I'm not sure how much utility there is.
Bard: Now THAT is utility. Arcane duelist means you are a better warrior, although the vanilla bard is a little better in buffing and skills (Versatile performance is seriously wicked, esp. as you can use charisma-based checks for skills based off other attributes).
Samurai: I haven't played a cavalier of any variety, but it should be good enough. You might have a problem getting the mount to fit everywhere - and yes, when you have a mount keyed off your full druid level, it doesn't do to just leave it be. BTW, if you want a non-mounted samurai, consider using the fighter class with the tactician (or any other appropriate) archetype.
Aldori SF - ah, yeees, now that's interesting. I had once tried to check how well it could work with the duelist PrC (via Aldori dueling mastery), the Crane style from UC, and fighting defensively for a total of -0 to attack (-2 from the Swordlord archetype, -2 from crane style) and a whole lot to AC :) . Do check with your DM if that would work, though, or if you can use the Aldori archetype goodies if you are using your sword in both hands - it says you should be "carrying nothing in his other hand." The duelist abilities all work as long as you don't use the other hand to attack - so using power attack and a two-handed grip is certainly an option.

Never even THOUGHT of this combo... very nice!

It depends on what you want to do, really. For a bard, for example, the high dexterity, dervish dance, and piranha style can make for a pretty nice combination for a character who can be decent in melee and impressive in other areas, but that's not much good to you if you want to play a healer or tank :) . As I see it, you seem to favor a warrior character, possibly with some additional goodies. How does the ranger class strike you?

is this for Organized Play? (PFSOP, the "living" campaign?) or for a home game (one of the campaigns like Kingmaker)? that makes a difference. If you are going to be playing with the same players each time you sit down, figure out what they don't have. If it's at CONs and hobby shops ... you'll need to figure out what works best there. I'd hate to sit at the table and find I'm the 4th gunfighter there (which I have seen at a table - I ran my Cleric at that one).
At my PFSOP tables I've not seen a lot of Samurai and I've not seen any Aldori Sword Fighters, so I'd say run one of those. Perhaps a Halfling or Gnome Samurai (I think that would be cool!)?, thou I am told that the Gnome Cavalier is kind of common (I have only seen one), running a Gnome Samurai would be different.

Random pick ups... also thinking Inquisitor too

So what's the character actually like?
I think Bards do wonderfully in Pathfinder Society as they can roll with demanding skill checks that are always required, they fit very well in the "Tales of Geographic Uncertainty!" vibe of the Society and every other Pathfinder loves their ability to buff and find ways around non-combat based challenges.

Well if you had 4 gunfighter you wouldn't have much problem hitting things now would you, lol. Damaging things might be a problem. I've been apart of organized play for a long time and doubling and tripling the characters has always been a problem. You could drive yourself crazy. The best path is you are going to be playing a lot of organized play is to have two solid characters that you like to play, that way if you sit down and there is 6 samurai you can whip out the arcane class you've got as a back up.
