I ordered the Tome of Horrors print/pdf bundle, and was charged for it as order #1814093, 90-something dollars. I'm now seeing two further charges for just over $10 each, also for the Tome of Horrors print/pdf bundle, both are order #1814094 and one is complete and one is pending?

Unfortunately, what you are seeing is an error in the display of the Print/PDF bundle products on the Order History page. These bundles are made up of three parts: the PDF product, the print product, and the bundle itself. Currently, the system is displaying all three with the same label: the bundle. We are working on this interface to make it more clear and useful.
The $93.49 is the charge for the bundle itself, and was immediately charged when the order was completed and the PDF access was granted. The $10.51 is the shipping and handling fee associated with the print portion of your bundle. You will be charged for this when the book is shipped out to you. It is listed twice on your Order History page, once in the Pending Orders to indicate that is has yet to be charged and is still pending, and again in the "Order History" as this is a complete list of all of your orders, pending and completed.
