I'm hoping to keep this from being too silly, but I'm curious what kind of thematic ideas people would come up with for Golarion separatist clerics (thus me putting it here). Just as a reminder, Separatist
Two to start. Cleric of Desna that takes the Darkness domain to better understand Zon Kuthon's madness to help cure him.
Cleric of Norberger who takes the fire domain. "Fire burns secrets, rendering them unable to be found. Also shadows cannot exist without light."
A cleric of Asmodeus with the Liberation domain: People should be free from tyrants in order to obey Asmodeus, the one true tyrant.

Until now i had only the idea of Abadar´s Minters Order. They are a separatist sect dedicated to mint coins and issue their worth. All of them have Earth(Metal) and Artifice(Construct) subdomains and are separatist because they take work in their callous hands believing that working metal is a divine calling from their gods and are seen as commoners by their breathen.

Separatist ideas;
Abadar - Artifice and Community fit well with the god of the cities and civilization. I'd hardly call one a 'heretic' for wanting to play an Abadarite cleric with one of those Domains. A Separatist taking the Air domain, and focusing on communications and messengers between communities, could be interesting. A 'civilizer' focused on agriculture or animal training with the Animal, Plant or Weather domains could also fit his themes.
Asmodeus - Charm, as part of his contracts, slavery, tyranny theme (which would play well with mind-control and compulsion effects) seems perfect for Asmodeus (much more so than Magic, IMO). War might suit his expansionist agenda far better than it does less 'warlike' deities like Urgathoa.
Calistria - Focusing more on the destructive (and self-destructive) nature of her obsessions with lust and vengeance, a separatist with the Destruction domain could fit well.
Cayden Cailean - Since Cayden has a PrC based around freeing slaves, a Caydenite Cleric with the Liberation Domain makes sense. A Caydenite with a more Dionysian bent to him might go with Madness or Plant, as well.
Desna - Darkness or even Sun work well for Desna, with her celestial / starry night themes. Dreams could be associated with Charm and / or Knowledge.
