So I'm trying to build a new monk with natural weapons that I can use in my FoB/reg atks. What race(s) have nat claws that I can use FCT with in order to use them with FoB? I've found changlelings have a 1d4 claw attack, any others that would make decent monks?
Next question, does using FCT mean that the claws take on the monks unarmed dmg? Since the feat does say anything that augments unarmed strikes effects the nat weapon. Then the next question, can you then take improved natural attack to increase this damage farther?
I already asked my DM about taking INA and he said if I don't have natural weapons it won't work for me.
Just thought of another question, as I know it would come up, if I used the claws in attacks, would I still be able to do non-lethal dmg if I choose? Or would I have to switch back to my fists? Which would only be 1 step down due to INA anyway, so not a big change in dmg but just wanted to ask for clarification.

What's a good race: Don't know.
Can a monk use natural weapons to make unarmed attacks? No, but you can make unarmed attacks anyway.
Can you use special natural weapon attacks to augment unarmed damage? No, as per the above question, but you can use the natural weapon in a flurry of blows to use that special quality (such as poison), not using unarmed damage. You can mix and match your unarmed and natural weapon attacks in FOB- so if you have 3 attacks, you can make 2 come from the natural weapon, and 1 be unarmed.
You can opt to do non-lethal damage with any weapon, though at a -4 attack. Attacks with natural weapons are not unarmed attacks, so you can not use the monk's ability to choose not to do non-lethal damage for unarmed attacks.
The monk does not loose his abilities due to alignment change, unlike the druid and paladin. Multiclassing does not penalize any class explicitly, lest the alignment requirements do not match, which COULD cause problems.

Most of the builds I've looked at are getting natural attacks from Synthesist. You can bump your claw damage to 1d6 at level 1 if you so choose. The claw damage won't increase with levels though, so this is only really an option if monk is going to be a secondary class.

No, natural damage does not increase with monk level. Yes, you can increase via other means to do apply to natural attacks. In the case of the synthesist mentioned above, I could take Improved Natural attack to bump my claws to 1d8 once by BAB hits +4. I could also take eldritch claws and have my natural attacks counted as magic / silver once my BAB hits +6.

If you want non-lethal damage, just use other body parts for those attacks. You not forced to use your natural weapons.
