Received email stating this should ship on the 9th of September, but have not yet received the delivery.
It went via the standard postal rate, which has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days. Today is the 11th business day since it went out so, while it is definitely running late at this point, it is not yet so late that we should give up on it.
That being said, to make sure you get your book, I have put a replacement copy to go out with your next subscription shipment. If your original shipment shows up, just let me know and I will cancel the replacement if it hasn't yet gone out.

It showed up today. Thanks much. I knew that it might still have a chance of showing, but one time I missed the fact that it hadn't shown up until I organized my books by number and found out I had one missing! Thanks for the great service!
