Help with a character concept please.

I have to say first off I mean no offense to anyone's real world religion or beilives.

I got into The Book Of Mormon musical lately. Going to see it in NYC next year. I want to make a Pathfinder character based off of Elder Price, one of the main characters.

The character is very confedent, and narssisctic, devout in his religion. I think it would be fun to play a character like that.

But I'm having trouble mailing down a class, was thinking cleric or paladin. Also having trouble figuring out what Pathfinder god would be a good fit for the character.

Inquisitor perhaps? Much more "I'm right and you're wrong because I say I am" than a paladin or cleric is usually allowed to be.

I'm not familiar with the Book of Mormon, but an Oracle might also work. Narcisstic and self-confident - possibly go seer archetype.
