I received an email on SEPT 13th that this order was shipped. It still has not reached me which is odd. Has it indeed been shipped. I just hope it did not get lost.

Your order was certainly shipped. It went via the standard postal rate, which has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days, and today would be the 8th business day since the 13th. Therefore, while it is certainly running on the late side, it is probably just been delayed so it's probably too early to give up on it arriving altogether.

Please give your package another week to arrive, and if you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we will take another look at that time.
