I have been waiting for 11 business days however there has been no sign of this shipment...

Hmm... It's probably just been delayed at this point, and will be showing up at any time now. however, in order to make sure, I will set you up with a replacement order. If the original shipment should show up, please let me know.

Thank you very much, I will tell you right away about if i get any orders received, If it does show up and this replacement order shows up what is the processes of returning one of the two orders? Will you also be including a bag?

it has shown up today unless this is the coverage order
