Headband of Vast intelligence vs. Hat of Disguise

Rules Questions

Let's say you're an alchemist with a headband of Int +4. You wake up, prepare all your extracts, and put together your bombs. Later in the day, you run into a situation where you need to be somebody else, so you take off the headband and put on a hat of disguise.

Since your intelligence is now lower, do you lose spell slots? How about extra bomb damage? The extracts were prepared when you were smarter, and if you have the infusion discovery, presumably you can hand them out to meatshields with an Int of 6 with no adverse drawbacks.

The bombs were likewise prepared when you were smarter; shouldn't they remain just as potent?

The Hat of Disguise does not use the same item slot as Headband of Vast Intelligence (the "headband" slot is new in PFRPG from previous editions and contains only mental stat items and Phylactery of Positive/Negative Channeling, at least in the core book). But pretending the Alchemist had the item sundered--

Bomb damage is definitely down, and the others are open to interpretation but you probably keep the extracts per day and bombs per day.

Huh. Maybe that's one for the "things people don't know about PF" thread.

Thanks.
