Under the Sun Blade question!

Under the Sun Blade specific weapon quality, it says "it does double damage against undead and negative energy creatures" (and times three critical instead of times two). Does this mean that against undead creatures and negative energy creatures it does double damage with a times three crit?

On a critical, it does triple damage only, replacing the usual double damage (otherwise a critical in this circumstance would have no numerical effect). This really just restates the standard d20 multiplication rule that x2 and x2 combine to x3.

I am not sure you understand, but the weapons described as specific weapons are not qualities to be added to other weapons, they have some unique powers making them hard to balance in many cases if mixed with other abilities.

it just means the bastard sword does 1d10/19-20(x3) versus undead and negative energy creatures instead of double damage on a non-crit.

Pertaining to the Sunblade, as well ...

If a Fighter has Weapon Training: Light Blades, would this not also apply, since it's a short sword that "is wielded as if it were a short sword with respect to weight and ease of use?"

Seems reasonable, or Weapon Training: Heavy Blades will definitely work (but not both, because bonuses granted from overlapping groups don't stack).
