I just purchased a couple PDF downloads, and when I click on the title in My Downloads, the page quickly reloads with the page scrolled down so that the item I clicked is at the top of the page, but no download starts. The same thing happens when I click on an old PDF download I purchased several months ago. When I click on one of the free errata, however, such as "Errata for Core Rulebook First Printing v1.2: 1.3 MB zip PDF" a download is able to start.
I made sure I have no pop-up blocker installed, I tried temporarily disabling my firewall, I tried Google Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer, I've tried restarting my computer, as well as signing out and signing in. I have windows 7 64 bit, on an HP 200q series.
Am I missing something obvious? Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Hello! We were experiencing a pretty big strain on our site with a lot of people attempting to download their Tome of Horrors PDF (which is quite large, and with the PDF/book bundle selling out, there's a lot of people trying to get it). I imagine this may be the same situation at the moment, and not your computer at all. I suggest waiting a bit to download, or clicking the download link and waiting for it to fully finish personalizing (based on this morning, this could take a few minutes or more).

Having same trouble...Damn, is Tome of Horrors that good? Perhaps I may need to revisit my credit card balance....
Hope it gets resolved soon... want to get my paper minis printed before the boss returns to the office..don't judge me, its her own fault for hoarding the "good" printer...
