Could you please inform me the status of my order, listed above, as I have still yet to receive an email stating that it has shipped? I understand that there was some sort of delay and any information regarding my order would be appreciated. You guys are awesome!!

It appears that we are still waiting on one of the products you added to the order, "34mm d20 Die: Speckled Silver Volcano", to come in from distribution. We should be getting this item into our warehouse soon, and we will get your order shipped out soon thereafter. Otherwise, I can move the die back into your sidecart to go out with the next subscription shipment.

If it is not too much trouble, could the 34mm d20 be placed in my sidecart for October's subscription while the remaining items for Order #1750902 be shipped to me as soon as possible? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and have a pleasant evening.

I have moved the D20 to your sidecart, the rest of the order should ship as soon as possible.
