No. There's nothing the bomb can target except the raw energy of the spell... and thats not going to make it explode.
Your only shot would be if the spell summons something, its summoned, then you toss the bomb and dispel the effect: either a critter or if the DM is feeling kind the bead on a fireball or an orb spell "mid toss"
