A couple of the sessions I played at GenCon have not been reported yet. It's not a huge deal to me, but I'm curious:
(1) What's the expected turnaround for session reporting?
(2) If a session hasn't been reported after a very reasonable amount of time has passed, who should be notified and how?

There was another thread about Gen Con reporting, but I can't find it right now. I know Liz was working on getting them all entered and only had a couple of slots left at the time (that's still in the neighborhood of 600 tables, however). I don't have direct knowledge of where she's at in the process, but I expect she'll chime in once she sees this thread.
As one of the HQ volunteers for Gen Con, I know that we had at least a couple of the reporting forms that were filled out incompletely. Laura and I checked the sheets as they came in but they weren't always given to us directly. When one did slip through, we would definitely try to get the information after the fact, if possible.
What I'm getting at is that, even if Liz is done, there may be a few tables that haven't been entered because the reporting sheets are incomplete. There's a host of other problems that crop up, such as individuals writing down the wrong PS number, having multiple PS numbers, or even someone fat-fingering the number as its entered.
