Moved thread.
For each Pathfinder Society scenario, you'll get the adventure, reporting tracking sheet, and chronicle sheet for that scenario, so yes, you will have to purchase the scenarios. Your GM should give you a completed Chronicle sheet for your character once you've completed the scenario, or if you're the GM, you should fill it out for your players after you've ran the session. (How to fill out the chronicle sheet is detailed in the free Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play, and should serve as your first stopping point for all things Pathfinder Society related.)

If you are the GM, but not the organizer, see if the organizer is going to provide you with all the paperwork you'll need, or if you need to provide anything. A lot of the time, if someone is organizing a public play meeting, they provide the GM with the printed module, sign-in sheet, and set of printed chronicles. Sometimes they won't give out he chronicles until the end of the slot, but that is a different matter....

Well that is nice... unless the GM (or Organizer) drops the ball on the chronicle sheet! After waiting a month for my GM to bring the sheet for a chronicle I have to wonder the same thing, is there any place where I can see the chronicle sheet without buying the moudule myself?
Since it needs to be signed by the GM who ran it, having a blank one would be useless to you.
