Maybe I am having a brain fart, but so cleric abilties screw the opponent for 1 full round and others until the end of the Clerics next turn. To me, that sounds like the same thing. Is there a difference?
There is a minor difference.
Say whatever the cleric does starts on initiative count 8. A 1 full round effect will end right before the next initiative count 8 happens, so it ends right before the clerics next turn begins.
Something that will last until the end of the clerics next turn will last, in this case, until the very end of the clerics turn, so ends at the very end of initiative count 8, or right before the beginning of initiative count 7.
Basically, a 1 full round effect will not be in effect on the clerics next turn, while an effect that ends at the end of the clerics next turn will.
