Lame Oracle and Freedom of Movement

If an Oracle with the Lame curse casts freedom of movement on himself, does he move at normal speed?

Firstly, only the intervention of a deity can dispel or remove an oracle's curse. A 4th level spell doesn't qualify.

Secondly, 20 feet or 15 feet is his normal speed because the curse reduces his base land speed.
