I have a problem from our last games session.
My gnome synethist has an eidalon with both the claw and bite attacks. They're both counted as primary attacks and the eidelon is effectively a player character rather than a summon as a synethist melds with their eidelon.
Questions:
1. Am I subject to the need for the multi-attack feat when all my attacks are classed as primary?
2. Do I get to use both my claws as a single attack after a move or charge action like someone with an off-hand weapons or must I make a full round action?

1) All primary attacks are made at your highest BAB, no need for Multiattack unless you have secondary attacks.
2) No. Two claws = two attacks. Normal rules for attack actions apply. Meaning you can't gain the benefit of multiple attacks without taking a full-attack action. You also can't use two-weapon fighting on a charge or normal attack action either; not unless you have a special class ability or feat that explicitly states you can.
You CAN however take the Pounce evolution if your Eidolon is quadrupedal base form, thus letting you full-attack on a charge. (Edit: And yes, a bipedal summoner can synthesize with a quadruped eidolon; but you can't really change the base form after its already made, so whether this applies to you is dependent on if you started quadruped or not.)
