Alchemists and Alchemy Fire / Holy Water

I've been told by my players that alchemists add their intelligence bonus when they use alchemy fire or acid flasks. Is this true, and where is it listed?

If the above IS true, does it also apply to holy water?

Yep, it's true. It's listed under the Throw Anything entry on page 28 of the APG. And it applies to holy water as well (as long as you're dealing damage with it).
