How about developing a feat chain that allows anyone who takes the feat and has requisite Int Score, to use a particular wizard school(or subschool)power(s)??? sorcerers got tossed under the bus, why not take wizards down a step?
at least maybe a feat or easily stackable Magus Archetype that allows a magus to school specialize?

Seems reasonable. The Eldritch Knight PrC is similar to the Magus in that the Mague is supposed to replace some of the need for that class. The EK is generally a fighter/wizard multiclass and as such has access to schools. I can see a feat chain that allows any arcane caster to become more like a specialist wizard as a fun option.

It's actually a reasonable feat chain.
Sorcs can actually benefit from those eldritch chains too. They don't have "prerequisite: no bloodline". With this and cross-blooded a sorc could theoretically have a mix of powers from 3 different bloodlines (though they still only have one capstone). Just waiting on that Celestial + Abyssal + Infernal mix.

I think it's reasonable for feat chain for Wizards School.
Explaining why this work might be you always had leaning toward the arcane arts and it something that really peaks you interest. This interest has lead to you learning a few tricks from other wizards.
I'd call the feat Magical Propensity, Improved Magical Propensity and Greater Magical Propensity. The Prequiste is the feat Magical Aptitude. With Magical Propensity you pick a school and you gain a one of the first level School powers. With Improved Magical Propensity it allows you take the other 1st level school power and Greater Magical Propensity allows you the 6th or 8th level power. Your Wizard level for these powers is you class level -2. For Magical Propensity you would need to be level 3, for Improved Magical Propensity you would need to level 11 and for Greater Magical Propensity you would need to level 17.
I think I might try this out in my game.
