mixed bag man.
well since the cross blooded is an archtype of sorcerer, then for the levels that you took as sorcerer, you'd be mixing/matching abilities when they become available as normal. once you start adding on dragon disciple, you wouldn't get to choose.
since dragon disciple lets you add dragon disciple + sorcerer together when determining levels from draconic bloodline, i'd say for those levels, you'd only get the draconic bloodline abilities. you'd only get to choose sage vs. draconic for levels that you actually took in sorcerer.
if you didn't take an ability in draconic, like the claws at first level, then the ability wouldn't increase in level as you advance in disciple.
if you did take an ability, like claws or draconic trait reistance to fire + natural armor, then the ability would advance with levels of disciple.
if you gained access to a new ability by adding together your levels of mixed blooded and dragon disciple, then you would only get the draconic ability, would would not be able to opt to take the sage ability of the same level.
sound like it makes sense?

I believe that as worded, you'd still get to pick and choose your bloodline powers with dragon disciple levels. Dragon disciple requires you to have the draconic bloodline if you're a sorcerer, but it says that it stacks with sorcerer levels when determining the powers of his bloodline. If you happen to have multiple bloodlines, I think it still works. It might seem weird, and may not be as intended, but that's because dragon disciple was written before crossblooded sorcerer was.
Personally, I think if you're crossblooded, as long as one of your bloodlines is draconic, you're good to go for dragon disciple. I would say if you took 3 levels of sorcerer, then into dragon disciple, at 5th you could pick whatever bloodline power you have access to.

Interesting... I'm re-reading over it and checking with my dm.

i'd say that DD only advances draconic bloodline as you get more in touch with your scaly side, when/howmany levels of kensai are you planning on mixing in? CannyDefense is 1pt of IntBonus/LEVELofKensai
so you'd have a hearty mix of sorcerer and magus spellcasting?
I'm planning on doing about 7 ish levels of Kensai. It's kind of sad, but the only reason I'm doing sorcerer, and crossblooded at that, is so I can use Int for sorcerer spellcasting, and since I'm not wearing armor, sorcerer spellcasting would be beneficial.
