Orcus exists in both worlds. I rather like the fact that he's a bit dormant in the Frog God products but coming back because that fits nicely with Golarion too.
I'm going to integrate in Splinters of Faith and Tsar into Golarion, however I would like to make a straight mapping between their Gods and the Golarion ones rather than simply stick both pantheons together.
Has anyone done this, or have any recommendations - with particular reference to Splinters of Faith which expands the original Necromancer Games pantheon.
Cheers

I think I've seen a couple of proposals for conversion of the Necromancer's gods to Golarion on the Necromancer Boards, so it might be a good idea to check over there.
Some suggestions that I have in mind would be Thyr - Irori, Muir - Iomedae and Dwerfater - Torag, but I don't own Splinters of Faith so I don't know which gods are added to the pantheon there.
It would also be interesting to see what you come up with yourself, since some conversions are going to be a bit debatable since there is no exact fit.

It shouldn't be too hard to match up the gods in Splinters with the Golarion ones. In fact, when Gary and I were writing Splinters we first used the PDF of gods at Necromancer Games (the book was originally written as one big book for 3.5 after all) and then expanded on them with new gods as needed to illustrate the temple "concepts" such as luck, fertility, etc. In fact, we included the domains note in each temple description so GMs could use their own gods if needed.
Of course, as Clark said, it's all about Orcus, and Splinters ends with a bang with an entire temple to the big guy. Check out Splinters 10: Remorse of Life for more on that one, although you will see other Orcus influences Turku out some of the other modules in the series.
I definitely like the idea and that Splinters has this adaptability. That's what Gary and I were going for with Splinters.
