I guess this is a simple question. I would say so, but:
While in rage, a barbarian cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration.
gives me pause. In real life, grappling requires patience and concentration, but in Pathfinder...?

As a student of jujitsu, I can tell you that there are plenty of scrubs out there who do not use patience or concentration while grappling, utilizing brute strength to succeed instead. Yes, they do well in a fair number of instances.
That said, grappling does not fall under the restricted list. You can, indeed, grapple while raging.

I love grappling. I'm a novice Judo player, but compete in Gi and No Gi Submission Grappling. I have seen plenty of guys use size/strength to overpower opponents. I've been on both ends of it. That being said, I've never seen anyone "Rage" on the mat, although I'm sure it happens.
However, back on topic, is there a list of restricted actions? I must have missed it, which isn't surprising, no one in my group plays a Barbarian.

Grappling is done in the same 6 second round that everything else in combat is. So no patience required.
Concentration is a game term used mostly for Spellcasting. So no concentration required.
Heck, there are MINDLESS CREATURES who in fact use Grapple or Grab. Grapple away, I say.
There are Rage Powers and Barbarian Archetypes specifically benefitting in-Rage Grapple. Minor hint there, I`d say.
