Switching arcane to divine

Homebrew and House Rules

Would anyone see a mojor problem with changing the Magus to a devine caster and changing their spell list to devine spells?

I had an idea of a class that the Magus works best towards but as a devine class rather than an arcane class.

Inquisitor seems already to pretty much fill that role.

Casting extra divine spells in a round probably ends up in more buffing potential, no arcane spellfailure seems like it would be abusable with archetypes and possibly shields, wisdom is a more useful ability in pure combat potential, no spellbook required, how do you limit access to spells ?

No huge issues without reading the class and comparing spell lists, but there will be a few unintended consequences requiring you to tweak the class. What idea did you have ?

the idea of the class is a person who uses the devine energy of their own soul to enhance their weapon and cast spells.
