Two Silent Image Questions

Question 1: If I cast Silent image of a boulder between me and enemy archers to hide behind, do I get Cover or Concealment and how do the archers disbelieve it?

Question 2: If I cast Silent image of caltrops littering the floor and I tell the rest of the party that I'm doing that do they get to automatically disbelieve or just the +4 bonus to save to disbelieve?

for number 1 you are treated as full cover. now when he fires and arrow at it once it hits (interacts) he gets a save to disbelive.

now as for 2: i always felt that if you tell your comrades then no save needed. but a gm can be an arse and so casting an illusion of dragon makes the party run instead of enemy but that should not happen.

I agree with Tharg. If you tell the party the caltrops are an illusion, there's no reason they should have to roll. (Unless your character is known for pulling pranks on party members.)

1: If you have total cover behind the boulder I can't see why he should target you in order to get the Will save to disbelieve the boulder.

2: RAW they should make a Will save. In reality though... they should not need to.
