When you spend a swift action to make a performance combat check, before making that check you can either move 5 feet without provoking attacks of opportunity, or you can move your speed and provoke attacks of opportunity. You cannot end this move in a space where you threaten an enemy. If you do move at least 5 feet, you gain a +2 bonus on the performance combat check.
Does this feat really allow a character to move up to his speed as a swift action? Combined with Pounce or a Dawnflower Dervish fighter, that seems really strong.

Well, it states that you can't move into a space where you threaten an enemy, so it's not directly offensive.
Unless you combine it with Lunge, since Lunge is an activated ability of sorts, so you wouldn't technically be threatening until you decided to spend the free action to use it.
The idea is to use it after you made a full attack against your opponent.
A pouncer or Dawnflower Dervish can move to his opponent and still make a full attack. It's perfect for skirmisher builds. And yes, it's awesome with lunge.

It'd take a few feats to make it viable outside arena-type fights and a GM willing to use the Performance Combat rules, but it might be an interesting concept.
Hell, it could be a really good feat for just what it's intended for, arena-style combat. That's one of the combat types where skirmishers could do well.
