I was looking through the "additional resources" page for PFS and can't seem to find the Bestiary 2 listed there anywhere.
There are several familiars and animal companions available in that book, as well as multiple outsiders to use planar ally or binding spells on, are none of them legal for PFS play?

Does that mean that we players should protest any monsters from said volume being used against us in PFS play until it is legalized?
You can, but there's a difference between material that the GM uses and that a PFS player can use. For instance, none of the feats from Bestiary 1 are legal for PFS players either, but many of the creatures in the scenarios make use of them.

Not "protest" per se, more like "make a will save to disbelieve", seeing as those creatures that don't exist in PFS yet clearly must be illusions.
Then, once the Bestiary 2 becomes legal and those creatures spring into existence all over Golarion (and beyond), you can stop chanting "I disbelieve" every six seconds. ;)
See? Not everyone missed your joke. :D

If a creature is allowed by another legal source it is legal. If familiars are listed in legal tables, they're as legal as Ifrit or Dhampyr characters with the proper chronicle.
Bestiary II is illegal for play if not referenced by another legal source, but if it were completely illegal, several gen con boons would be worthless.
It's the same with polymorph effects. Those spells determine the forms, not the books. If you'll note, as far as those are concerned, no book mentioned any creature being a legal beast shape form except the core.

Evil characters are not legal for society play, so clearly when we meet a bad guy in a scenario he/she's an illusion as well. I knew deep down the world was all rainbows and gumdrops. :D
