I'm having some trouble searching through the list of spells, I'm trying to figure out which class has the most spells that alter their melee attacks (generally bonus damage but if it applies some other effect that's cool too), if anybody who knows the spells better than I do could give me a list or at least point me in the right direction that would be super!

Well there are basically 2 different types of casting: Arcane and Divine. Aside from this there are over half a dozen spell lists some arcane (Wizard/Sorcerer), some divine (Cleric/Druid), Some mixed (Witch), some that go up to level six (Bard/Summoner) and some that go up to level four (Ranger/Paladin).
Basically the question is which are you looking at arcane or divine? Then answer what spell list you are looking at specifically (i.e. the spells a battle cleric will pick will vastly differ from those of a support cleric and the choices of a blaster wizard will differ from those of a debuffer wizard).

I don't really care about whether its divine or only goes up to level four etc. I'm just trying to find these spells because short of reading every single spell, there is no efficient way to search for them. So I was hoping people who knew the game better could just spit a few my way or be like "magus gets a lot n00b" so that I could refine my search better.

Arcane:
Enlarge Person - Reach, bigger weapon, more Str. Sounds right up your alley to me.
Magic weapon - its alright I would wait for magic weapon greater which is much better
Gravity Bow - it is ok, make a ranged weapon hit as though one category bigger
Bull's strength - Won't stack with a belt, but until you can afford it this is pretty good.
Flame Arrow - Give ranged weapons the flaming property
Rage - only mentioned to tell you not to take it, its pretty bad.
Haste - An extra attack is an extra chance to hit for max damage best spell for its level in the game imo
Keen Edge - Double your critical range, not much else to say
Magic weapon greater - duration is key
Divine:
Also gets bull's strength
Masterwork Transformation - Make a weapon have a better to-hit
Weapon of Awe - More damage
Sticking to low level spells just to give you an idea. This was pretty much from memory and I know arcane spells far better so I am most likely not giving you an accurate representation of the Divine list. Also note that a lot of bonus spells give you access to those that you normally don't. Strength and Glory domains are decent in addition the the domain powers will help.
