Question on trapfinding:
Rogue
Trapfinding: A rogue adds 1/2 her level to Perception skill checks made to locate traps and to Disable Device skill checks (minimum +1). A rogue can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.Archivist(Bard)
Magic Lore (Ex): At 2nd level, an archivist gains a bonus on Spellcraft checks to identify magic items or decipher scrolls equal to half his bard level and may take 10 on such checks. An archivist can use Disable Device to disarm magical traps as per a rogue's trapfinding ability and gains a +4 bonus on saves against magical traps, language-dependent effects, and symbols, glyphs, and magical writings of any kind. This ability replaces well-versed.Detective(Bard)
Arcane Insight (Ex): At 2nd level, a detective can find and disable magical traps, like a rogue's trapfinding ability. In addition, he gains a +4 bonus on saving throws made against illusions and a +4 bonus on caster level checks and saving throws to see through disguises and protections against divination (such as magic aura, misdirection, and nondetection). This ability replaces well-versed.Sandman(Bard)
Master of Deception (Ex): A sandman gains a bonus equal to half his level on Bluff, Sleight of Hand, and Stealth checks. He may also disarm magical traps with Disable Device as a rogue's trapfinding ability. This ability replaces bardic knowledge.Urban Ranger
Trapfinding (Ex): At 3rd level, an urban ranger can find and disable traps, as the rogue class feature of the same name. This ability replaces endurance.
Each of these instances references a rogue's Trapfinding ability. Does this mean that they can disable magic traps AND gain 1/2 level to the effort, or just that they can find and disable? "as the rogue class feature", would seem to indicate all the trappings of that feature, otherwise one would assume it would simply say "can find and disable magical traps". I am really unsure, and would not want to be missing out on a bonus that may save my party's life.

From the way the abilities are worded and the way Hero Lab does it only the urban ranger gets the full bonus. It is implied that the urban ranger is getting the full class ability, where the other are not as specific. The Archivist and the Sandman do not even mention the ability to find which seems to mean they are not getting the full ability. The Detective does mention finding traps so that is not as clear.

If it says "works like class ability X" without anything else, you can basically copy and paste that class ability's description. That means you get it all. If it only mentions a specific ability "as class ability x)
In the cases you mentioned, the three bard archetypes only get to deal with magical traps. They don't get the level-dependent bonus.
The urban ranger gets the whole package. "find and disable traps" is what trapfinding does, after all.
