Dimensional Dervish says:
You can take a full-attack action, activating abundant step or casting dimension door as a swift action. If your do, you can teleport up to twice your speed (up to the maximum distance allowed by the spell or ability), dividing this teleportation into increments you use before your first attack, between each attack, and after your last attack. You must teleport at least 5 feet each time you teleport.
Now, if I have a land speed of 30 feet and a fly speed of 60 feet, can I teleport up to 120 feet? Or is it limited by my land speed?
What if I activated my boots of speed as a free action before porting all over the place? Would I then be able to bounce a total of 120 feet (for land speed) or 180 feet (for fly speed)?

I'm pretty sure speed refers to land speed, unless specified otherwise.
Is there a blanket rule somewhere that says as much?
I figured if it was land speed, they would have said as much. At the kind of levels where you can do this stuff, having alternate speeds is quite common.

The way I read it, you can use any speed. Everywhere else I can think of it states the type of speed. It says "current speed" which I imagine would be whatever movement type you used most recently. For instance if using a burrow speed you could move twice the distance and end up under the earth still burrowing. Or if swimming, pop around underwater. Perhaps you could start from burrowing and pop above ground, however this would be limited to half your burrow speed, not half you land, or fly.
