My Order #1712728 reads as shipped on July 8, but I haven't seen any sign of it yet. The guideline says 12-20 business days, but today makes 26.
How much longer should I wait before getting back in touch?

At this point, it's most likely just been delayed. But just in case, I will go ahead and set up some replacements to go out in your next subscription shipment. If the shipment should show up in the meantime, just let me know so I can cancel the replacements.

Good news everyone: all the items showed up today. Oddly, it is a week since I received Ultimate Combat, which was shipped almost a month later.
The short of it is that you can cancel the replacements currently in my sidecart. Thanks!
