For Oracles (and inquisitors but I don't have one of them in my game) how do they recover their spells per day. I can find the rules for prepared Arcane casters, Prepared Divine casters and Spontaneous Arcane casters but not for Spontaneous Divine casters.
I can see arguements for them recovering their spell slots as Prepared divine or Spontaneous arcane casters. Overall I favour treating them as Arcane Spontaneous casters however I suspect the player of the Oracle will disagree and I would prefer to go with RAW if only I could find them.
Any Help?

I've been playing an Oracle in PFS for over two years and it has never come up. I have always treated mine like a Cleric.

There is no RAW on this. However, the following reasoning is what I use.
Arcane casters, be they prepared or spontaneous, replenish their spells after 8 hours of rest; both prepared and spontaneous arcane casters replenish their spells in the same manner. Therefore, since divine prepared casters replenish their spells at a time of day that holds significance to their faith, spontaneous divine casters should as well.
The basis for this is the idea that each type of magic comes from a specific source. Divine magic, as energies given by the powers that be, would be replenished in a single manner regardless of how the caster utilizes said energies.

The rule for divine casters (core rules, p. 220) makes no distinction between prepared and spontaneous casters, because there were no spontaneous divine casters when it was published. An oracle must pray for spells (in her case, spell slots) at a chosen time each day. She doesn't need to rest. By RAW, she must pray for an hour, though I can see an argument for using the sorcerer or bard's requirement of 15 minutes.

The rule for divine casters (core rules, p. 220) makes no distinction between prepared and spontaneous casters ...
That's not exactly true.
The entire text falls under the heading "Preparing Divine Spells". The information in the Core Rules is for prepared casters; spontaneous casters don't prepare spells, they ready spells.

That's a fair point. Unfortunately, it would seem to leave the only rule applicable being "an oracle can only cast a certain number of spells per day of each spell level", with no action or qualification specified to gain those spells - she just gets them. Since we're making a house rule anyway, I'd prefer to read the heading a bit loosely than to invent a connection to arcane casting.
