Selfish Spell (Metamagic)

You refocus spells for others onto yourself.

Benefit: This feat only works on spells with the Range of Touch. The feat changes the Range of a Touch spell to personal and the Target to you. A Selfish spell uses up a spell slot one level lower than the spell's actual level (minimum level 1).

Do you think the Prerequisite for this feat should be to have Spell Focus and only apply to spells in that school? Is that necessary to slow Munchkinism?

This is a bad idea, full stop. It's just enabling self-buffing routines, which are already problematic in 3e, and its limitation is essentially a non-issue for any self-targeted touch spell cast by a spontaneous caster.
