If a Cleric takes levels of Holy Vindicator does he/she also gain the Domain Spells for his/her associated domain/subdomain via the Spells per Day ability?
I ask because on the Spells Per Day chart for the Cleric, the domain slots are tallied. Furthermore they are directly associated with increasing your cleric level. It is my understanding that you would not be gaining any domain powers or the like.

Spells per Day:** spoiler omitted **
My hunch is by RAW that because Domain spell slots are part of the package of the "Domains" class feature which includes powers that you would not gain further advancement in relation to the domain spell slots, you would only literally gain the base spell per day progression of the cleric. Just a hunch though, I'd ask your GM for a ruling. I can see the arguement that domain spell progression being a part of the cleric's base per day spell. I'd allow domain spells still but not powers.

Domain powers are dependent on a character's cleric class level, but domain spells are not. Additionally, clerics gain "... one domain spell slot for each level of cleric spell she can cast, from 1st on up."
A holy vindicator would continue to be granted a domain spell slot for each level of spell he can cast, and since domain spell availabiliy is not dependent on character level, domain spells can be prepared in those slots normally.
