Would a character with those three feats be able to infect the target with a minor and a major spellblight?

It seem to be legal.

Edit: But it is only viable for eldritch knight, as it requires fighter lvl 14 for crit mastery, and cl 12, unless I missed something.

Wouldn't a Kensai Magus also be able to take the feat?
