Aquatic creatures fighting on land

Rules Questions

I am aware of this:

Aquatic Subtype: An aquatic creature cannot also breathe air unless it has the amphibious special quality. An aquatic creature can hold its breath outside the water for 2 rounds per point of Constitution.

But what other limitations do the rules state for Aquatics when on land? How would (for example) a druid in Giant Octopus form fight if on land? At full strength?

Since, octopuses have a land speed why not? The reason characters have a hard time fighting underwater is the density of the water, not the fact they are outside their native habitat.
