I placed this order June 4th. Even allowing for delays due to the Canadian mail strike, at this point I'm starting to think that something has happened to the product and it is never going to arrive.

Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.

I actually have a number of Canadians who are still reporting that their packages have not arrived from before the strike. I am, however, still getting reports of these packages arriving. Unfortunately, while the chips are still falling from this thing, the only thing we can do at this point is give your package more time to arrive.

Please give your order another couple of weeks to arrive, and if you still have not seen it by then, I will set you up with a replacement shipment.
