Only other option i know besides starting from scratch would be polymorph any object.. probably cheaper to start over.
You could theoretically keep your T rex the same size.
As you gain levels, your animal companion improves as well, usually at 4th or 7th level, in addition to the standard bonuses noted on Table: Animal Companion Base Statistics. Instead of taking the listed benefit at 4th or 7th level, you can instead choose to increase the companion's Dexterity and Constitution by 2.

Cool was wondering on that though since its padded armor i may very well let her do it since it seems pretty easy to upsize a piece of cloth.
You may want to point your druid towards the cheese.. erm... benefit, of MW studded leather armor. Without proficiency you take the Armor check penalty on a host of skills and checks. Studded leather armor has an ACP of -1. Masterwork makes that 1 less.. so.. nothing. All magical armor is masterwork anyway.
