Apparently, this guy was interfering with the cops and telling them, "I am recording you." So, the arrested him.
The police say if this guy was quietly taping he would not have been arrested, but the guy, who spent six years in the Navy, says he doesn't buy it.
"Ah, now we see the violence inherent in the system!"
