Quick question. I am in the process of going through and trying to convert Sins of the Saviors to pfrpg and was wondering if the NPC's in the module are under the effects of the various Tomes and Manuals? Trying to break down to beginning stats and rebuilding from the ground up and have noticed at least on both Kazaven and Ordikon that they seem to have a starting stat of 17 in Int.
Note sure about that. The author may have given them something better than the "standard" or even "Elite" NPC array. They've also been alive for thousands of years in the Runeforge (though it keeps them from physically aging) so it's possible the scores reflect stat bumps to mental scores for age...(even if they don't they probably should, now that I think about it).
Feel free to check out and take/use anything you want from my Highlady Athroxis rebuild. It's one of the threads right above or below this one as of right now. I agree with you that most of this chapter of the AP needs a total rebuild at this point, but it's a lot of work!
