can 2 enemies grapple the same opponent? example: 2 giant spiders grappled a halfling is this raw?. but he had to break the grapple for both of them. in reference i have seen a man been torn to death by 2 tigers at once.

Yes it can be done, and he has to break each grapple independently.

"Multiple Creatures: Multiple creatures can attempt to grapple one target. The creature that first initiates the grapple is the only one that makes a check, with a +2 bonus for each creature that assists in the grapple (using the Aid Another action). Multiple creatures can also assist another creature in breaking free from a grapple, with each creature that assists (using the Aid Another action) granting a +2 bonus on the grappled creature’s combat maneuver check. (Core Rulebook p. 201)"

Yeah, this is something that needs attention in Grapple FAQ #3 or whatever.
I´ve probably seen this question asked 20 times or so on the boards here.
I see nothing in RAW preventing independent/simultaneous grapples. The penalties of Grapple aren´t increased, but there would be two separate grapple progression tracks. Possibly the defender could break all grapples with one Escape Grapple check, I¨m not sure there. SInce the check is really one that you decide after success if it reverses THE (i.e. singular) Grapple, or escape, it could also just be 1 sucess = 1 grapple escaped/reversed, which seems reasonable to me.
The quote Some call me Tim provides is what the rules say most directly about this, but that is clearly a completely different thing, Aiding Another... Of course, AId ANother also applies to normal attacks, yet just because one can Aid ANother to melee attacks doesn´t mean two enemies can´t whack on one dude independently/simultaneously... Grapple is still an attack, and nothing in the Grappled condition precludes other Grapple attacks from being made.
