The simple question is - are Crag Linnorms immune to witch hexes or not.

No monster is immune to hexes in general. Monsters can however be immune to specific hexes depending on what the hex does.

Hexes as a whole are not called out as curses so Linnorms don't have blanket immunity against them.
They would be immune to Blight and Death Curse though since they are specifically called out as curses.

Not all witch hexes are curse effects. Linnorms are only immune to the ones that are curses. That said, it's a bit annoying that the witch hexes don't specifically say which ones are curses and which ones aren't.

If only there was someone with some say at paizo like a creative director to advise such a thing guy added to hexes... :)
