As the title suggest I would like to know what books I should have to get the most out of running the Jade Regent AP. I currently have The Pathfinder Core Rulebook, Bestiary, Gamemastery Guide, Advance Players Guide, Bestiary 2, and Ultimate Magic.
The reason I ask this is I ran We Are Goblins and found that stats for some of the items/spells were not in the books I currently have. I plan on getting the Inner Sea World Guide,Ultimate Combat, and Adventurers Armory soon but another advice on books would help.

Bestiary 3 is supposed to be the East Asian Bestiary (along with a lot else). Nonetheless, Paizo generally stats up and describes rules that are new in the APs. The Pathfinder SRD site will be your friend if there's something crunchy missing from your collection.

As a general rule, the books you'll need for any adventure path are:
Core Rulebook
Bestiary 1
Bestiary 2
Inner Sea World Guide
Once Bestiary 3 is out, it'll probably be added to this list, but since it comes out halfway through Jade Regent, it probably won't be SUPER necessary (we'll probably use full stat blocks for things from Bestiary 3 in that AP).
We use material from Gamemastery Guide, Advanced Player's Guide, Ultimate Magic, and Ultimate Combat now and then; for Jade Regent in particular, the fact that there are ninja and samurai in it means that Ultimate Combat will be handy.

What about the campaign setting books that intersect with the AP, such as the Land of the Linorm Kings or Dragon Empires Gazetteer? Will material be drawn from them for the AP?
Nope. As a general rule the 64 page Campaign Setting books that tie into an Adventure Path aren't necessary to run the Adventure Path, but they're REALLY handy if you want to expand upon those portions of the AP. They're usually the "sandbox extensions" in other words.

Although just to be safe you should probably buy every Paizo product. ;)
