I'm looking to play a paladin/sorcerer who is built around a bloodline that isn't draconic. Is there a prestige class(es) that are legal for Society play that are not Eldritch Knight or Dragon Disciple?
I've already been through the list of prestige classes over at d20pfsrd.com.
Thanks in advance for the advice.

No there isn't really. Those classes don't have much that harmonises.. the EK and the DD pretty much are the possibilities.

Possibly Celestial Bloodline and Mystic Theurge(It will be awhile befor you qualify for this prestige with paladin/sorceror combo, but could happen). I am not really sure what you are going for though.

I'd want to build a holy warrior who uses spells as well as a sword. In essence, I'm looking for a combo PrC like Mystic Theurge, except for the paladin/sorcerer combo.
With a lack of such PrCs available in Society play, I'll have to reconsider how I want to build the PC.
Thanks!

The standard Paladin does that.

Try this build:
Paladin 2 / Life Oracle 4 / Holy Vindicator 6
An added bonus of using Divine spellcasting instead of Arcane spellcasting is that you can cast all your spells in armor without problem.
Revelations: Channel, Delay Affliction
Curse: Haunted
Feats: Power Attack, Alignment Channel, Combat Casting, Weapon Focus, Shield Focus, Enforcer (There's a lot of ways to run this, though. I'd probably be a half-elf with Skill Focus: Intimidate. Only the Alignment Channel is necessary.)
Spells:
0: Mage Hand, Ghost Sound, Create Water, Detect Magic, Detect Poison, Guidance, Light, Mending, Read Magic, Stabilize
1: Detect Undead, Cure Light Wounds, Divine Favor, Bless, Shield of Faith, Entropic Shield, Command
2: Lesser Restoration, Cure Moderate Wounds, Levitate, Minor Image, Bull's Strength, Spiritual Weapon, Weapon of Awe
3: Cure Serious Wounds, Invisibility Purge, Magic Vestment
4: Cure Critical Wounds, Divine Power
Extra Powers from Holy Vindicator:
Vindicator's Shield
Stigmata
Faith Healing
Divine Wrath
Bloodfire
Channel Smite
Versatile Channel
As an added bonus, you'll have a BAB of +11 at level 12. The only BAB you lose is the first level of Oracle.
