You don't need to. Spell Points just replace spell slots. If you want to convert classes not listed just total up the point from the spell slots at that level.
Keep in kind that prepared casters need to spend points to memorize spells instead of slots, they still have to 'pre-buy' the spell they want to cast during the day.
